If you buy prepaid minutes and cannot access the beta because of a technical issue on our side, email support within 7 days and we will review a refund, credit, or replacement access.

Used minutes
Used minutes are generally not refundable unless there was a clear service failure.

After Hours Voice is an AI entertainment product for adults. It does not guarantee any emotional, relationship, therapeutic, or personal outcome.
Access-token help
If payment succeeded but your browser does not show your minutes, include the checkout email and approximate purchase time in your support message. We can look up the Stripe checkout and help restore the paid access token or credit replacement minutes when appropriate.
Duplicate tabs and stuck sessions
Opening the voice room in more than one browser tab can reserve more than one short block of minutes. If that happens during beta testing, stop the extra tabs and contact support if the balance does not correct itself.
